ITV has appointed Viveri Group to provide its new interactive voice response (IVR) and competition management platform, supporting the broadcaster’s high-profile audience competitions across flagship daytime programmes including Good Morning Britain, This Morning, Lorraine and Loose Women.

For many years, ITV’s audience competition services have been delivered via the BT Ride platform, operated by BT Agile Media. With BT Agile Media ceasing these services from 1 December 2025, ITV sought a trusted new technology partner with the scale, experience, and proven capability to manage its extensive competition activity.

Following a detailed review process, ITV selected Viveri Group for its strong track record in the media sector and its robust, high-performance platform. The Viveri solution delivers the resilience and scalability required to handle high volumes of simultaneous calls, while providing ITV’s Interactive Team with advanced tools to efficiently manage multiple competitions across its daytime schedule.
